09 Jul Aquanimous Yoga: A Dream Come True
This showed up in my memory feed. It’s been 8 years since this picture was taken. Aquanimous Yoga was still a dream back then and there I was experimenting in the pool using a windsurf board!!!
I’m giving myself a pat on the back for coming this far in my journey. I’m very grateful for all the opportunities and blessings that keep coming my way.
One of the things this pandemic has taught me is to appreciate every single moment of the day instead of being negative and worried about the long journey ahead.
By recognizing how far I’ve come in my efforts, I’m also learning how to trust myself more, which helps me in forming the building blocks of my future endeavors.
It is really about perspective. Will I let the situation bring me down or will I rise above it? I choose to thrive.
And so it is.
