PLAYLISTS

I don’t usually use music in class but when I practice on my own,

I find that music motivates me to finish the whole sequence.

Music, no doubt, has its magic too!

It can be a very powerful tool. Most people have an emotional

connection to music. It has the ability to energize the body

when we feel sluggish, or it can assist us in surrendering.

On the flip side of that it can also be distracting.

Like anything in the practice it’s all about moderation and balance.

May you enjoy what it has to offer while practicing.
