WEDNESDAYS: Aquanimous Yoga – balance & open your body, heart & mind in this gentle & therapeutic yin-yang flow
FRIDAYS: Lotus Awakening – experience total relaxation in this restorative yoga & yoga nidra practice
9:30-10am (GMT+8)
SUNDAYS: Somatic Meditation – access the intelligence of your body in this grounding & healing meditation
