Join us as my friend and first ever yoga teacher, Allen Maitri Enrique (KPJAYI Authorized Level 2), holds a 2-week Mysore Intensive with us on October 21-November 3, 2017, here at Beach Hub, La Union.

The magic of Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Intensive is that it allows you to receive personalized, individual instruction for your practice while sharing the energy and inspiration of the group. The teacher holds the space for your growth in the practice of yoga.

SCHEDULE:

Classes start at 7:30am from Monday to Saturday (Mon-Fri: Mysore; Sat: LED)

PACKAGES:

Drop-in: Php500

1 Week: Php2,000

2 Weeks: Php3,500
