Ms. Lalah is such an amazing person, and doing yoga on a surfboard with her left us feeling amazing! I always think that the quality of a student’s practice really depends on the instructor’s vibe. We attended her Aqua Firma workshop at Urban Ashram, and she was really memorable because we felt so so happy right after. That’s why I’m always looking to book her class because I know it’s worth it. And once AY is back to face-to-face classes and situation is better, definitely, we will be the first ones to attend wherever you are!

So excited about the transfer of Lalah de Dios of Aquanimous Yoga to Manila.
