Using breath, intention and method, AY Basics is our beginner’s class that incorporates the fundamental techniques, sequences and postures of all the AY practices into one basic class.
The classes build up slowly, and the sequences are repeated several times until you become familiar with the sequence and techniques. Repetition is the key to progression.
For virtual classes, we use the mat together with resistance bands and wobble pads for instability. Option to use the SUP for private face-to-face practice.
